AniTuner is for you if you want to use your personalized animated cursors in your presentations, blogs, emails, web pages, instant messaging and in other applications. This is a program with which you can create, edit and convert animated cursor files (.ani). With this tool, you can create cursors of any size. You can also browse for animated cursors on your PC and preview them. This is a feature-rich program which allows you to change the color depth of a cursor, resize cursors, export cursors as GIF, AVI clips, Adobe Flash movies and bitmap strips, edit frames of cursors, export cursor frames to various image formats and create animated cursors from animated GIF, AVI clips and bitmap strips. AniTuner is easy to use and very user-friendly. One of the coolest features of this software product is that it allows you to perform operations like rotate, flip, reverse, set length and image merging on one or several frames of an animated cursor. Interestingly, this useful program is absolutely free to download and install.
